FINISH OPTIONS AND CUSTOMIZATIONS:
Listed pricing is for solid stain finish in your choice of our standard stain colors. Stain options can be seen here: http://threestonecreek.com/stains. Please note that stain samples are pictured on Pine. Colors will vary for Oak. For Pine tables, distressing is standard and our Rustic texture is also available. Hardwood tables, such as Oak, receive no additional distressing. Multi-step, layered, specialty, or special request finishes may be available for an additional fee. Finish and dimensions can be customized. Some tops may feature more or less planks than pictured. Plank width and configuration is at the craftsman's discretion. Some items may be pictured with non-standard dimensions/finishes or optional upgrades to finish, wood species, etc. Odd sizes or “in between” sizes are available and will be priced at the next size up. Certain changes to dimensions and/or finish may affect price, so please message us for a quote. Unless otherwise noted and specified, we construct our furniture out of solid Pine. A selection of Appalachian hardwood varieties may be available. Hardwood prices are significantly higher than Pine and vary by species. Please contact us for a quote.

TURNAROUND/PROCESSING TIME:
Our furniture is handcrafted in Nashville, Tennessee. All of our items are made-to-order and we do not maintain readymade stock items. Our lead time is usually around 10-12 weeks from deposit to completion, but can be longer, particularly during an influx of holiday orders. Please message us for the most accurate and current turnaround times prior to ordering.

ADDITIONAL TERMS, POLICIES, AND INFORMATION:
Your purchase indicates that you Agree to these terms of sale. All sales are final. Custom order deposits are non-refundable.

Solid natural wood is as unique as a fingerprint, responds to changes in the environment such as temperature and humidity, and will have knots, checking, cracking, and other natural variations. These things should be celebrated for the character they bring to solid wood furniture and are not considered defects. Solid wood furniture items, including accessories such as breadboard extensions, should only be stored in indoor, climate controlled environments. Unfinished basements, attics, or garages are not suitable. All measurements are approximate, and minor dimensional deviations may occur. For our rustic pieces, we work to maintain as much of the milling character as possible. Exact texture and markings will vary and irregularities in the surface are inherent to the nature of the wood and should be expected. Standard stained finishes include a minimum of 3 coats of polyurethane. Like virtually all things found in nature, wood is uniquely imperfect and unpredictable by nature. Likewise, woodworking is rarely an exact science and is more of an art form. Our items are handcrafted and no two items we create will be exactly alike, so variations, and even imperfections, should be expected. While we cannot offer you perfection, we strive to offer you the character and craftsmanship you will not find in mass production.

Please be advised: In an effort to move from project to project as quickly as possible, any hardware necessary to complete your project will be ordered as soon as your deposit is received. We also purchase and cut lumber for several projects at one time, sometimes well in advance of the quoted timeline. Therefore, no changes, alterations, or cancellations will be accepted after deposits are received and deposits are NOT refundable, in full or in part.

It is our intent to ship large items via a Uship carrier. Buyer agrees to be onsite and available at the time of delivery to inspect and inform seller of condition of items while carrier is still onsite. No claims for damaged items will be accepted beyond initial delivery or once carrier departs delivery location. Any quoted shipping charges do not include “white glove” service, therefore buyer may need to make additional arrangements for the moving of items into and placement of large items in the home.

Please understand that space is limited and items not claimed and paid in full within 10 days of notification of completion will be subject to forfeiture without refund. That means if we notify you that your item is completed and ready to pickup or ship, and we do not receive your payment for the balance of your purchase within 10 days of that notification, your item(s) and deposit will be forfeited.

Variations in lighting, devices, screens, and settings may cause inaccurate representation of actual colors.

Plan your space carefully and please double check your measurements. We use permanent, traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery. While our table tops are easily removable from our table bases, our bases (including 4-legged tables) do not disassemble. Measure doorways, etc. to make sure that your furniture will fit in it’s new home.
